1. What is the process of booking a Brigade apartment online?

With Brigade Group’s new payment gateway, you can now book your residence online.

Step 1: See the project details like virtual walkthrough, location, master plan, floor plan, construction status on our websites

Step 2: Understand the price breakup & payment plan by viewing our project price sheet. Contact any of the sales team member numbers mentioned on the website if you need help

Step 3: For the project you are interested in, select a type of apartment, enter your details and use the payment gateway to pay the booking amount

Step 4: A Brigade sales team member will contact you within 48 hours to help you select your unit and complete the booking formalities

2. Can I book a site visit to the project before booking the apartment online?

While we have equipped our website to ensure you get all details of the project required to make your booking online, if you wish to, you can visit our sales offices at the project locations to get a first-hand feel of the property.

3. I need more information on the project, what contact number can I call?

4. Is my payment safe?

Brigade Group uses an authorized and secure payment gateway to ensure the amount you pay reaches us safely. You will also get email/SMS notifications once your transaction is through.

5. What is the procedure after booking the apartment?
  • After you make the payment on our website, you will get a call from our sales team member to help you pick the unit of your choice from the inventory available
  • After selection of the unit, you will get an Application form which you have to fill and email us back with scanned copies of the required documents
  • Along with that, you will also have to pay the balance booking amount through NEFT/RTGS
  • Once these formalities are done, we will send you an Allotment letter confirming your booking within 10 working days
6. What are the different payment options available?

You can pay the booking amount through credit card, debit card or net banking accounts of most major banks.

7. How much is the booking amount?

As a limited period special offer, we are offering you an exclusive booking price of INR 19,999 only

8. Is the booking amount same for all the apartments?

Yes. Any Brigade apartment on offer can be booked online for INR 19,999 only

9. Is the booking amount refundable?

No, the booking amount of INR 19,999/- is non-refundable

10. What if I want to change the apartment I booked?

You can specify your choice of inventory to the sales person who calls you after payment of the booking amount. Once the booking formalities are done, the booking amount is non-refundable and non-transferable

11. While booking, the booking amount got deducted from my account but I did not receive any confirmation on the booking. What should I do?

You can contact the sales team numbers mentioned on the site. If we haven’t received the amount, the transaction should be reversed. In case we have and you haven’t received a confirmation, we will arrange for it as soon as possible.

12. I booked an apartment online two days back and haven’t received any communication since then, what should I do?

A Brigade sales team member should contact you within 48 hours of booking. You can follow up with any queries using the contact information provided on our website or call at 1800-102-9977
